Plastic or Polymer optics offers complex optical designs to be fulfilled  offering more choices and flexibility for incorporation of Aspherical or other complicated geometric surfaces. Another advantage is that they are light and unbreakable(compared to glass). Materials we use to make plastic optics are COC, Zeonex, Ultem, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene and hybrid PMMA. Coatings AR used on plastic to give anti-reflective (AR), reflective, Filter coating or half-mirror effect. We have also perfected Hardcoating on polymer optics to improve reliability of the Polymer Optics, our polymer Optics now have  "scratch resistance" properties similar to Glass optics now.
